Begin your day with energy and fresh air!

Make the most of your time at Congress by joining one of our early morning health and wellbeing activities. It is a great opportunity to get moving, connect with fellow delegates and experience Auckland before the day’s program begins.

Explore the activity program below and choose the option that suits you.

Participation is optional; however, advance registration is required. Registered participants will receive further information closer to Congress.
